  Lawrence S. Manassa

  Partner

  Lawrence Manassa, (Partner), is a highly skilled litigator with 30 years of trial experience. He has a proven record of success through hundreds of trials. Still, Lawrence understands that litigation is not always in his client’s best interest, and is also proficient at collaborative law and mediation. Lawrence is a former Assistant State’s Attorney in Cook County and is on a very select list of Court approved Child Representative in both Cook and McHenry County. As a divorced father, he understands the trauma of divorce first hand and strives to help prepare his divorcing clients for life after their divorce. Lawrence is also committed to his clients and his community. He volunteered his time for 7 years at Illinois’ largest divorce care group, has donated his time to help the underprivileged at Administer Justice, Between Friends, and recently founded christiandivorcelawyers.com as a resource for those struggling with Christian faith-based family law and divorce issues. Lawrence was also one of the founding attorneys for Willow Creek Community Church’s legal aid ministry. Lawrence is also forming a Marriage and Divorce Crisis Center whose mission is “through getting safe, well, and then whole, to save individuals and, when possible, their marriage.”

  Kelly A. Wieczorek

  Attorney

  Kelly Wieczorek graduated from John Marshall Law School in 2019 where she graduated second in her class. Kelly successfully passed the July 2019 Illinois Bar Exam and has since completed training in mediation and collaborative law. For the past 10 years, Kelly has dedicated herself to learning and experiencing various aspects of the legal process. She worked full time as a paralegal while completing her bachelor’s degree. During law school, Kelly was an intern for Chief Judge Schoenstedt and Judge Archambeault in Will County, where she worked closely on dissolution and parentage matters, and she was a law clerk for a family law firm working in all areas of divorce. Kelly spent time volunteering as a 711 Attorney at Administer Justice helping the underprivileged on family law matters and estate planning. While juggling school, internships, and volunteering, Kelly won several Trial Advocacy competitions that focused on a participant’s ability to advocate for their client. Kelly is a highly motivated and passionate attorney with an extensive understanding of the procedural and substantive aspects of family law. She is excited to utilize her advocacy skills to promote the best interest of her clients and their families. As a child of divorced parents, Kelly understands the complexities of the family dynamic after a divorce and the affects it has on all people involved, parents and children alike. Kelly looks forward to working closely with her clients and the highly experienced attorneys at Manassa Law P.C. to reach resolutions that are best suited to the needs and concerns of her clients.

  Oren Graupe

  Attorney

  Mr. Graupe's practice centers on the family and he knows just how important family is. The majority of Mr. Graupe's legal career has been in the field of Family Law (including Divorce, Child Support, Paternity, Child Support, and Post Judgment Modifications) and that is what he focuses on today. His client's are those that put family first, focusing and being dedicated to the best interest of their children, and getting the best possible outcome for them and their children is Oren's main concern. He is honored to be nominated to Super Lawyers as a Rising Star two years running and looks to continue to provide quality family-focused services in the years to come. Oren Graupe graduated from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago and is a certified mediator. He brings this client centered focus, experience, and excellence to Manassa Law P.C.
